The subscription cancellation is performed independently through the service where it was originally purchased. Deleting the app or your account does not terminate an active subscription.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Google Play Subscription<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. In the Google Play app, tap the Account<\/strong> icon in the upper right corner of the screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select Payments & subscriptions<\/strong> \u2192 Subscriptions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Find NumBuster in the list and tap Cancel subscription<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. If Google suggests to pause the subscription instead, tap No<\/strong> and confirm with the Cancel subscription<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      WEB Dashboard on the Website<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      If you made your purchase through the website, subscription management takes place in your personal account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Open app.numbuster.com<\/strong><\/a> in your browser and log in.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Go to Paid Features<\/strong> (wallet icon).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1. Click the Disable renewal<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. If the Manage payments<\/strong> button is displayed instead, click it and select Cancel plan<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Note:<\/strong> If you have already deleted your account, please contact support. In your email, specify the phone number for which the subscription was purchased.
