To change subscription terms (for example, switching from 1 month to 6 months), you must first disable automatic renewal of the current plan and then sign up for a new one after the paid period expires.
Google Play
- Open Google Play and tap your account icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Go to Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select NumBuster and tap Cancel Subscription.
- If Google suggests pausing the subscription, tap No and confirm by tapping Cancel Subscription button.
- After the current plan expires, go to the Paid Features section and subscribe for the desired period.
AppGallery
- Open AppGallery and go to your profile.
- Go to Payments and Purchases → Subscriptions.
- Select NumBuster and tap Cancel Subscription.
- Once the subscription is no longer active, re-subscribe with the new period in the Paid Features section.
WEB Dashboard
- Open app.numbuster.com in your browser and authorize with your account.
- Go to Paid Features (wallet icon).
- Click the Disable Renewal button. If the Payment Management button appears instead, click it and select Cancel Plan.
- After the current plan expires, sign up for a new subscription in the Paid Features section.
Important: If you currently have an active paid period, there is no need to start a new subscription immediately. Wait until the current term ends before changing the type or period.
